Jason T. Williams is the Senior Vice President of Global Inclusion Strategy for Paramount. Based in New York City, Jason partners with the Paramount senior leadership team, under the guidance of the Global Head of Inclusion and the CEO, to set the vision and strategy for the company’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. In a previous role at Viacom International Media Networks, Jason served as Vice President, Global Consumer Products Business Operations. Prior to joining Paramount in 2008, Jason was a Managing Consultant at Kaiser Associates, a Washington, D.C.-based boutique strategy consulting & market research firm serving Fortune 100 clients. He also co-founded and operated a Telly Award Winning independent TV production company, was a Senior Manager for a dot-com consulting firm (Kforce.com), and was an analyst for the Telecommunications Industry Group at the global consulting firm Accenture. Jason graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Sociology/Marketing Management, where he was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He also obtained an MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, and completed the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He founded Paramount’s Viacommunity UP: Unlimited Potential Mentoring & UP Creative Programs, and he serves on multiple non-profit boards and advisory councils, including those from organizations such as NAMIC, YouthBridge-NY, the Bentonville Film Festival, Good+ Foundation and the Asia Society. In 2020, Jason was recognized on Cablefax’s Most Influential Multi-Ethnic Executives list.
