Tiffany S. Robinson is Director of Corporate Development at Paramount Global. In her role she assesses and executes corporate transactions to support the strategic growth of the company including M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, negotiations, and investment of primary capital.

Tiffany has over fifteen years of finance and strategy experience. Prior to joining Paramount, Tiffany served as the Finance Lead of the Emerging Programs segment within Amazon.com’s Devices and Services division. She also held the positions of Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a Stifel Company, and Associate at Barclays Investment Bank and has completed $6b+ of transactions over the course of her investment banking career including M&A, debt offerings, refinancing, private placements and IPOs. Furthermore, her expertise and background comprises of FP&A, corporate governance, corporate finance, enterprise risk management and management consulting.

Tiffany received her BSBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and her MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School. Additionally, she holds several professional licenses and certifications including FINRA, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Prosci Change Management.

Tiffany is a native of Washington, DC but has proudly called New York City home since 2016. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler, cinephile, fitness enthusiast and Best Buddies advocate.
